Words of a Faculty: Donald N. Cardinal, Ph.D. "I love the team approach! Especially when each person is committed to doing something big, something important, that will make this a better world. I love when great thinkers and great doers come together to make the impossible happen. Now, add to this potential someone with vision who is ready to invest in people and great ideas. Voila - we have a winning combination, one that can literally change the world. Thank you for being that vision and for your willingness to invest in people and ideas here at Chapman. Without you, we only have great ideas. Thank you for being the catalyst that brings the vision to reality." Donald N. Cardinal, Ph.D. Professor, College of Educational Studies Terminal Degree: California State University, Fullerton Hometown: Downey, CA These words of appreciation were volunteered by Donald N.
