WORDS OF A STUDENT: Nicole Renard '17 "When I came to Chapman as a junior in high school for film camp, I fell in love with the University and my heart never left the campus. I knew this was where I wanted to study, but I was skeptical about the reality of attending because of financial reasons. On Christmas Eve my heart swelled up with joy and I burst into tears, not only when I read my acceptance letter, but when I read the letter that told me I was given a scholarship to attend Chapman. My dream became a reality because of you and now I am able to wake up every day and receive an education from a first class university I once dreamed I would be able to attend. 'Thank you' is just not enough to express how truly grateful I am to be here." Nicole Renard '17 Majors: Television and Broadcast Journalism and Advertising minor Hometown: Kennewick, WA These words of appreciation were volunteered by Nicole Renard. When you include Chapman University in your estate plans, you provide opportunities for dreams to become reality. For more information, contact David B. Moore at (714) 516-4590 or dmoore@chapman.edu.

A word for thought, #ChapmanU “Spirituality is recognizing and celebrating that we are all inextricably connected to each other by a power greater than all of us, and that our connection to that power and to one another is grounded in love and compassion. Practicing spirituality brings a sense of perspective, meaning and purpose to our lives.” – Brene Brown
