Woowoo! Our first regular admission student being accepted by admisson counselor Christian Aguilar! Working in the Office of Admission and being able to see students go from being perspective students to applicants to admitted students is so incredible! And being a part of the process as a tour guide at Chapman is so fulfilling. I am beyond thankful to have been hired in the Office of Admission and to be working a job that not only positively impacts people but is also something that I love! -Emily Biehl

I hope you all enjoyed following me through this amazing week but now I'm flying off to go make some changes. Chapman University holds a very special place in my heart and has really opened up my window of opportunity for the future. Each day I realize more and more that this school was the perfect fit for me and is the school where I belong. I don't have a personal Instagram account for you all to follow BUT feel free to go over to my LinkedIn page instead (https:www.linkedin.com/in/joshnudelman-b5573074). Thank you for following me and stay golden.

My junior year at Chapman I founded @iatg_chapman after learning about the national org's mission of turning self-doubt into self love, competition into collaboration. I discovered an unmeasurable passion within me and had no intention other than to empower my peers on campus while empowering myself. I devoted my whole heart into this organization because I loved the impact it created. By pursing my passion, I became surrounded by people who celebrated me, I took opportunities that expanded my mind, and I developed an unstoppable drive. Now it has led me here, on a career path I never thought I'd be on. Moral of the story: Always follow your ❤️ (it knows best!)

It's not often you find a group of people so quickly in college that become your family. When I was hired at the Office of Admission I thought it was just a typical on-campus job, but it has become so much more to me. I've met the most wonderful counselors and my best friends. The office has given me so much pride for Chapman and an array of professional skills. I'm not a morning person by any means, but even at 8am, I'm always excited to go to work and share my story with prospective families. #RUSHADMSTU 🎉

Being a part of Chapman Student Government Association has been such an amazing and rewarding experience. As Vice President, I've been able to take what I've learned from my past years and positions and help the organization grow and develop. Obviously it's hard, but it's worth it! Come out tonight to the SGA Presidential Debate in the AF great room to listen to the candidates running for next year's top leadership roles in SGA! It's at 8pm, and I hope to see you all there ❤️ #sgalove

Yesterday, #ChapmanU's Louis Ehwerhemuepha successfully defended his PhD #thesis, entitled "Contributions to nonparametric methods, stepwise model selection algorithms in logistic regression and epidemiology of general pediatric hospital readmission" His committee was composed of Dr. Cyril Rakovski (Chair), Dr. Atanas Radenski, Dr. Anthony Chang and Dr. Bill Feaster. The committee found that Louis' work was of high standard, original, technical, computationally sophisticated with influential results and meets the requirements for awarding a #PhD degree. Please join us in congratulating Dr. Louis Ehwerhemuepha for this significant accomplishment!
